Throughout the production process, we provide regular updates, including detailed photos and status updates at every stage — from 3D printing to casting and final finishing. We ensure you have the opportunity to review and approve your design before shipment.

We strongly encourage you to carefully review all updates and confirm your approval before the item is shipped. Once the product has been shipped, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
