Due to the custom nature of our products and the precious materials used, we do not accept returns or process refunds once production has begun.
No Returns or Refunds Policy
Please understand that:
- All orders for custom gold pieces are final once approved by you and production has begun
- The precious materials and custom work involved in your piece cannot be repurposed
- Each item is uniquely created to your specifications and cannot be resold as a standard product
Quality Assurance

Manufacturing Defects
In the rare case of a manufacturing defect that is clearly our responsibility:
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item
- Provide clear photographs documenting the defect
- Our team will review the case and determine appropriate next steps
Manufacturing defects do not include:
- Issues resulting from flaws in your design file
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage caused after delivery
- Minor variations in color, finish, or dimensions that fall within normal tolerances for handcrafted gold items
Design Verification
Before production begins:
- You will receive previews and approve all specifications
- It is your responsibility to carefully review all details before approving production
- We recommend thoroughly checking dimensions, materials, and design elements
