After uploading your design, our system will provide an instant quote based on the current gold prices and manufacturing costs. For complex designs, we may need to review before providing a final quote.

We accept the following 3D file format:

• STL (.stl)

Please ensure your STL file is watertight (manifold) and meets our design requirements for successful casting.

For successful gold casting, please follow these guidelines:

• Minimum wall thickness: 0.6mm for structural integrity
• Minimum detail size: 0.3mm for visible features
• Avoid extremely thin or sharp edges that may not cast properly
• Ensure the model is watertight (no mesh errors)
• Consider metal shrinkage in your design (approximately 2-3%)

Production time typically ranges from 2-4 weeks depending on several factors:

• Design complexity
• Current production volume
• Any customizations or special finishes requested
• Quality control and testing procedures

Due to the custom nature of our products and the precious materials used:

• We do not accept returns or process refunds once production has begun
• Each piece is created specifically to your design specifications
• The gold and labor cannot be repurposed for other orders
